The Art of Journaling is a dedicated space for you to work with your inner world by exploring different techniques and prompts. Whether you’re new to journaling or have been writing for years, this workshop is for you.
The sessions:
Learn how to carve out a dedicated space for yourself, establish a sustainable practice and explore effective journaling techniques:
Freewriting: Explore the practice of writing non-stop to declutter your mind and strengthen your intuition.
Visual Prompts: Use colours, postcards, nature and more to access non-verbal thoughts.
Inspiration & Reflection: Use reading as a springboard, working with poems and book extracts to spark new ideas and reflection.
Creative Experimentation: Play with language and imagery using mood boards, zines and blackout poetry.
Intentional Living: Employ lists and letters for goal setting, clarity and letting go.
