Journaling

A reflective practice and a creative tool for wellbeing, journaling is a powerful writing medium that allows us to slow down and find connection.

Whether used for reflection, working through thoughts, and feelings, exploring dreams, goals or personal vision (the future is bright!), journaling helps us to find our own answers by accessing our authentic self, and the techniques are accessible to all.

Combining Writing for Wellbeing, Journaling and Storytelling techniques, my on-line and in-person workshops range from guiding you to your first words to building a sustainable practice as a confident journal writer to delving in and developing different areas of your life including creativity, positivity, wisdom, intention, vision, and much more.
